Here are a few details you should know before attempting to open an XpressBet account:

• To open an XpressBet Account you must be at least 21 years of age.
• Residents of the following states and territories may not open XpressBet accounts: Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands.
• Additionally, Pennsylvania residents located within 35 miles of Harrah’s Chester, Philadelphia Park, Penn National, Presque Isle Downs or Pocono Downs are prohibited from opening XpressBet accounts.
• Canadian residents may not open new accounts.
• XpressBet is required by State Racing commission regulations to request your Social Security number to verify your state of residency.
• Initial Deposits to XpressBet accounts must be a minimum of $50.
