-- Jockey Edwin Maldonado led the riders at 10: 3-1-1 with winners paying $5, $15 and $37 for 3 different barns.
-- Jockey Mario Gutierrez made the most of limited chances with a 5: 3-1-1 record that featured scores at $6, $11 and $18. His 2 defeats came at 1-1 and 4-5, interestingly. He’s riding at 29% ($1.41 ROI for every $1 bet) since May 7 at Santa Anita.
