The Meadowlands has a 14-race program, and the feature comes in Race 9 the Big Game Trackmaster Series Final with a $30,000 purse. The 0.50 Late Pick 4 starts in Race 10. The sequence has a $50,000 guaranteed pool with a 15% takeout, and it will be my focus.

Comments and selections below are based on a fast track.

Race 10

3-Belmont Royale N (7/2)-Raced well in what was probably a needed start at Yonkers but was in with a tough group and finished a close 3rd. Gets some class relief here, should get a better trip and could be sitting on a big try.
7-Nicholas Beach (3-1)-Team Jen/Joe entry was off since 8-6-22 but has put in 2 good starts and raced from the back in both. Should have a solid foundation in place to be driven more aggressively to battle the one above for top honors.

Race 11

1-Ladyford Dollar GB (3-1)-Stepped up in last, took all the money and was caught late to finish 2nd. Bumps up, should be bet and thinking Gingras may not look to be on the point every step of the way. Could be forwardly placed and will look for a 2nd/3rd quarter brush to the top.
9-Ohoka Chopper N (12-1)-My thinking is there will be a quick pace and if so Marcus Miller should have this 8-year-old in gear to be there at the wire. Has hit the board in 2 of 3 at M1 this year with the same pilot and should offer a price but needs to mind manners.

Race 12

2-Concur (6-1)-Gets significant post relief, needs to race near the top of the stack and should be placed there tonight. Using and will fade the 3-1 morning line chalk (1) who is looking for his 3rd straight picture.
3-Midnight Day (7/2)-Another who gets necessary post relief and has been in the hunt leaving from the 8 &10 holes in the last 2 races. This will be the 1st start off a claim for the Polhemus barn and was Dunn's pick over #9.
4-Dash Of Danger (12-1)-Looking for a price that knows his way to the Big M winner's circle, and landed here. This 10-year-old beat easier 2 back and has posted 7 wins in 33 M1 starts. Should be in striking range at the top of the lane and could surprise if the fractions are hot.

Race 13

3-Always Better (7/2)-Willing to toss last from post 10 and will hope the price isn't lower than the morning line. This will be the 4th start for the Alexander barn and should fit nicely with this group. Stratton needs to provide a sharp steer for this camera shy 4-year-old.
4-Rockin Marty A (3-1)-This beaten chalk was too far back in the early going and should be better after shedding post 9. In this spot Marcus Miller could have the pedal down to land a close-up seat.
7-Real Peace (9/2)-Has been racing from the back and now this is the 4th start off the bench. Dave Miller sticks and looking for a more aggressive start which will lead to a better finish.
