The Meadowlands has a 14-race program ready to start the weekend. The 0.50 Late Pick 4 begins in Race 10. The sequence has $50,000 guaranteed pool with 15% takeout, and it will be my focus.

Comments and selections below are based on a fast track.

Race 10

1-Nylander (15-1)-Willing to swing for a price, there isn't much recent form at this level at M1 to chew on. This 6-year-old stays on stride and should be okay with leaving from the rail. Looking for better in the 2nd start at this level. Callahan could help and has hit the board in 12 of 30 here with 4 pictures.
4-Man Amour (3-1)-Comes off the best effort at this class finishing 2nd and could be bet down. Does good work at M1 winning 4 of 16 starts. Should be a main player with Joe B on the point or racing near the lead throughout.
6-Heavens Pic (6-1)-Raced from the back last week in the 1st start at M1 and came a close 2nd in a 153.3 mile. Team Kirby entry could be up to facing older and with a sharp steer should offer a nice price.

Race 11

1-You Beda Rock (9/2)-This race is a real taffy pull and the mare comes off a win at Fhld. Shows 2 wins at M1 which is more than most in the field. Should be racing near the top of the stack and be in striking range down the lane.
8-Its Mesmerise N (10-1)-Comes off a tough trip and is worth a swing at this price. Won here in 151.4 in December, gets a ++ driver change in Dave Miller and could surprise with the right trip.

Race 12

2-Lindys Booze Cruz (6-1)-Risky play coming off 2 straight races with breaks but that was at Fhld on sloppy tracks. Fits with this crew and has shown good speed when minds manners.
3-Usurp Hanover (3-1)-Finished well against this kind in last. Miller is back to steer, could be forwardly placed and be closer to the lead turning for the wire.

Race 13

3-Debs Prince Hall (9/2)-Disappointed as a 6/5 chalk but has been improving. Got on the point which wasn't typical and faded late. Maybe Tetrick will look to work a different trip this time.
5-Amador (7/2)-Comes off a dull effort but missed a start and now gets Smith, the regular pilot back in the bike. Has been competitive with better and will look for an improved performance tonight.
