Hoosier Park has 12-races on tap at the Anderson oval. The 0.50 Late Pick 4 starts in Race 9, and the sequence will be my focus.

Comments and selections below are based on a fast track.

Race 9

1-Addictivebehaviour (5/2)-Appears to have landed in a nice spot coming off a gate to wire score against a field that might have been stronger than this group. Likes racing near the top of the stack and starting from the rail should help the cause.
5-Longwood Lolly (5-1)-Finished 2nd in a quick mile last time, loses Tetrick but picks up De Long. Has issues starting slowly and if the new pilot can get this mare near the leaders turning for the wire it could be picture time in the 4th start this year.

Race 10

1-Heidis Image (5-1)-Putnam takes the lines in the 2nd start of the year for his trainee. Should compete well against this crew. Has the gate speed to get the top and not look back or land in the pocket behind the one below.
3-Cult Icon (5/2)-Sat in a hole last week and couldn't close fastest enough. But this time Tetrick could get on the engine and might be difficult to catch.
6-Sectionline Dragon (10-1)-Blasted out of the gate from post 9 and landed on the point for a bit. That was the 1st start after shipping in from MVR and was in the mix until the last 1/8 of the mile. Has 1 win in 4 starts at HoP and will look for a better finish with this post draw.

Race 11

1-Captain Sonny Fox (6-1)-Raced well to finish 2nd in the 1st start off the bench and the 1st start for the Rucker barn. This
5-year-old is camera shy but will take a swing at this price. First time Tetrick, and he could work an efficient trip.
8-Simply Swan (9/2)-This will be the 4th start since 12-10 and Putnam seems to have in race shape now. Beaten 8/5 chalk and missed by less than a length. Has the gate speed to get a good early seat and the post helps the price.

Race 12

6-Hill Side (7/2)-Bumps up after getting a cozy trip and still fits at this level. Should get off the gate with a close-up seat and that puts this team Taylor entry in play.
8-Swan Diego (4-1)-This 5-year makes its 1st start of the season at HoP and has won 6 of 30 in Anderson. Has been off since 3-29 and drops into a soft spot. Should be competitive if minds manners and De Long has driven before versus better at HoP.
