Tonight, at the Meadowlands the feature on the 12-race card comes in Race 7, a Preferred Handicap Pace with a $20,000 purse. The 0.50 Pick 4 begins in Race 8 and it has a 15% takeout. Posted below is a $54 ticket on that competitive sequence.

On Friday night at the Big M drivers Corey Callahan and Simon Allard led all pilots with three trips to the winner's circle. No trainer on the 11-race card had more than one win.

My posted Pick 4 ticket at Cal Expo came apart in the second leg when #6-You Name It with James Lackey crossed the wire first and paid $18.20. That was my only misstep as the (3-6-3-3) combination paid $211 on a 0.20 wager.

Race 8
1-JK Will Power-Racing well and last was on an off -track, looking for a better effort here and likes this oval.
3-Super Imposed N-Left hard from the 8 hole and faded now moves inside and fits.
7-Jeneral Patton-5 for 11 in the money at Big M. Now makes 1st start in town, drops and gets Tetrick.

Race 9
2-More Dragon-Steps up after a nice win and should be in the mix tonight, shows a 52.1 mark at the Big M.
4-Ideal Matters-10 yr.-old has won 2 straight since coming to Burke barn and adds Gingras tonight.
8-David's Dream-Drops basically to same level as the win 2 back, post makes for a better price.

Race 10
1-Yo Cheyenne Rocky-In from YR off a sick scratch, this is an open race and Gingras may make most of the rail.
2-Stratocaster-Drops after a decent effort in NW9KL5, looks like a major player versus these.
5-Major War-Tossing last at YR on an off track, can make presence felt and has had some quick miles at the Big M.
8-Cruzing Hill-2nd start after claim, steps up after a 56.2 last half and could surprise at a square price.

Race 11
1-Oneisalonelynumber-Raced well from 8 hole in 1st start at Big M, now drops and could be sitting on a big try.
4-Cardiac Fashion-Has raced well in 2 local starts for Burke, gets a good post draw and Gingras steers tonight.
5-Trading Up-Winner of 2 straight after a rest, tries the big stage with Tetrick and has had success at the Big M.
