HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – The 20-cent Rainbow 6 carryover jackpot grew to $2,144,814.70 for Monday’s program at Gulfstream when the popular multi-race wager went unsolved for the 29th consecutive program Sunday.

First-race post time for Monday’s 11-race Martin Luther King Jr. holiday card is set for noon.

Multiple tickets with all six winners Sunday were each worth $6,976.70.

The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.

The carryover jackpot pool going into Sunday’s six-race sequence (Races 6-11) was $1,980,363.70, generating a Rainbow 6 handle of $685,339.

The Rainbow 6 was last solved on Dec. 7, when a lucky ticketholder cashed for a $98,309.32 jackpot payoff.

There will be also be a Super Hi-5 carryover of $3,607.22 heading into Monday’s card.
