Woodbine Mohawk Park has a 10-race card with the 0.20 Late Pick 4 starting in Race 7, and it will be my focus. Comments and selections below are based on a fast track.

Race 7 (8:45 PM EST)

6-Shoot The Whiskey (7/2)-Raced from the back last time which isn't its A-plan to win. Came 4th but did roll the 2nd half in a swift 56.1. After not being at the controls last time usual pilot Travis Cullen returns to steer and will look for an aggressive drive.
7-Wassail Blue Chip (10-1)-Came home in .57 flat with a last panel of 27.4 and missed a start between races. Should be a main player on a good drop in class. JMac sticks and this is a picture taking opportunity with a decent trip.

Race 8 (9:08 PM EST)

4-Honolulu Vacation (3-1)-Drew off by 5 to win against this kind 2 back and came a close 2nd last week. Beaten favorite can make amends and should be looking to get on the point when the wings fold.
6-Code Cracker (7/2)-Took a picture in the first leg of the Series last week. Was used hard leaving from the 8-hole and now faces 4 from last time and draws the choice post. Cullen will have the sharp veteran in a position to win at the head of the lane.

Race 9 (9:31 PM EST)

1-Century Jamila (7/2)-Took on F&M Open Company in last and used a 56.1 back half with a .28 last quarter to roll by for a picture. This mare has been sharp and knows how to win (25-8-3-4), as was the case last year. Won't be 9-1 tonight but could double up at fair price.
6-Tells On A Roll (3-1)-Moved up to this level in last and came with a good try. Likes to race near the top and had the lead turning for the wire and faded to come 3rd. Best to not overlook the beaten favorite who couldn't hold a lead on a night that front speed didn't hold up so well.

Race 10 (9:54 PM EST)

1-Mister Magic (7/2)-Has been in the hunt at this level, beat this kind 3 back and came a close 2nd on a Good track last time. The 11-year-old could double up and best to add points if a dry track. Its off-track record is only 1 -21 but has hit the board in 14 of 21 races.
6-Buck Dancer (4-1)-Took some money in a needed start and appeared short. Tyler Borth takes over for Louis Roy and that should help the price. My take is the veteran goes off at better price than the morning line. Knows how to win at Mohawk, should be tighter, and this post draw could make the winning difference.
