The Meadowlands has a 15-race card with the 0.50 Early Pick 4 starting in Race 6. The sequence has a $50,000 guaranteed pool with a 15% takeout, and it will be my focus. Comments and selections below are based on fast track.

Race 6 (8:05 PM EST)

1-Hoofbeats De Vie (6-1)-Beat this kind on 11-21 with this week's pilot Braxton Boyd between the pipes. The last 2 races were at this level but was stuck with the 9 and 10 posts. Fits with this kind and should be a player with this post relief.
5-Pisces Rising (5/2)-There are a lot of stale dates in this affair with the weather issues, and this Burke trainee hasn't raced since 1-9. Tried to go gate to wire but faded. Joe B drives and should be blasting out, and if tight enough could be tough to tackle.
8-Big Charlie Moran (10-1)-Charlie faced the $30K claimers at YR and that water was too deep. Won at the TM level right below this coming off cover. Did it that night with a 57.4 back half. Will be a healthy price and could surprise if the fractions are honest.

Race 7 (8:30 PM EST)

2-Palomar (5-1)-The veteran drops, starts inside and still should offer a square price. This could be a spot to get sucked around and a wake-up win isn't out of the question.
3-Dancing Lew (8-1)-Drops, gets a positive driver change, and faces the same kind as the last win on 1-11. Colin Kelly could look to land on the point and make very call a winning one.
9-Full Disclosure (6-1)-Went off as the chalk versus easier and finished 2nd off a bumpy trip. Will be a much better price 7/5 and has the gate speed to get a decent seat. Will take swing Braxton Boyd puts the veteran in a position to win and could offer a nice price.

Race 8 (8:55 PM EST)

2-Clear For Landing (7/2)-Has been in sharp form and should appreciate the company. Brett Beckwith steers for Per Engblom and they post 32% winners when teaming up. Should be put in play early on and looks like a main player.
9-Finite (8-1)-Wired this kind 2 back and then moved up, broke stride and couldn't get back on stride. This post makes it a challenge and can help the price. The Burke entry will get an aggressive drive from Joe B, and the price is right to use.

Race 9 (9:20 PM EST)

3-Howlingathemoon Dk (6-1)-Comes a nice win in the 1st race after shipping in from Philly and was off 3-weeks between starts. Steps up but should be okay and could have more to give. Will fade the choice who starts from the rail, makes its US debut and has been off since 9-3.
4-Big Limo (12-1)-This will be the 3rd start off the bench and was big price in both races. Finished 3rd in a needed start and then broke stride making a move down the lane. Will excuse the last miscue and raced better than the line looked 2 back. Using at a large price and could also be a play in gimmicks.
10-Call Option (8-1)-This is the 1st start since 12-17 and put in a sharp qualifier on 1-10. Got on the engine and posted a win with a 56.3 back half. Joe B can put the pedal down, and is another price shot in an interesting contest.
