Friday night's 10-race card at Woodbine begins with a 0.20 Pick 5 which has a $50,000 guaranteed pool. The Early 0.20 Pick 4 sequence starts in Race 4 and has a $50,000 guaranteed pool. The Late 0.20 Pick 4 rolls in Race 7 and it will be my focus.

Last night the drivers with the hottest hands at Woodbine were Stephen Byron and Trevor Henry, each with two trips to the winner's circle. Every race on the card was won by a different trainer.

At Yonkers, Foiled Again started deliberately and came away fourth, tried to rally on the backside without cover and finished a badly beaten fifth. This was another dull effort and I wonder if Foiled Again isn't headed for a few weeks off.

Race 7
1-Buttermilk Hanover-Finds a nice spot to battle for first win of the year.
5-Circle The Page-Steps up after a sharp win from the 7 hole, having a great year and will respect chances.
6-P L Hurricane-Drops and usually is in the mix, races back in sequence and should be a major player.
8-Rubis Prescott-Post makes it a challenge but can leave to get a good seat for Filion, could win at a square price.

Race 8
3-Shadow Of Lindy-Even effort after missing 2 weeks, expecting better tonight.
6-Xpert Bayama-Needs the right trip but this looks like a field that can be beat.
7-Kazimoto-3rd start after a turn-out for Henry-Puddy, can close with a rush and sweep by.

Race 9
1-Tearful Of Happy-Rounding into form, McNair sticks and gets the rail, could be sitting on a big try.
4-I Wish You Well-Raced from behind in 1st start off the bench, should be tighter and best can beat these.
5-American Sara-2nd start off the bench for winner of >$100k in '17, will respect at a square price.

Race 10
5-Osprey Blue Chip-Looking for a more aggressive try at 12-1 in the ML in a competitive race.
6-Docs Sausalito-McNair is batting 21% with Gallucci, Doc likes to win and fits.
9-Every Time-Post makes the price and has skipped a start but will respect connections.
