The Meadowlands starts the weekend with a carryover in the 0.50 Pick 5 of $28,976 which facilitates a $100,000 guaranteed pool. The Pick 5 pool is expected to grow north of $200,000. In Race 13 there will be a mandatory Super Hi-5 Jackpot payout. The pool currently sits at $276,939 and it wouldn't be a surprise if it traveled above $1,000,000 by post time.

7-Whispering Oaks-Impressive win from 8-hole coming off a break. Looks like a major player if minds manners.
8-Mother Bonnie-Rolled away with a 56.4 back half, can score an encore with a decent trip.

Race 6
1-Commentariat-Fits with this crew, winner of 2 of 7 at the Big M should be in the mix.
2-So Take That-9-year-old woke up in last and won in 1:50.2. Steps up but will use and likes this track.
3-Griffon Hanover-Drops to a level of past success, this looks like a spot to shine.
7-Maajaackobe-Looking for a price, used hard off the gate and finished well. Drops to a more comfortable spot.

Race 7
2-Greenshoe-Showed determination after breaking early, best to respect chances for a repeat.
5-Battenberg-Zipped to 3/4's in 1:25.2, Trixton 2-year-old looks like a good one.
