SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - The Pick 6 sequence at Saratoga Race Course went unsolved for a second consecutive day, with a pair of big-priced winners triggering a carryover of $249,528 heading into Wednesday's card at the Spa.

Monday's sequence commenced when Dugout (No. 4) returned $9.40 on a $2 win bet in Race 4. The Race 5 favorite, Ekhtibaar, gave Hall of Fame jockey Javier Castellano his second straight win, paying $3.60. In Race 6, Calculated Risker ($8.10) won under Manny Franco, preceding an exciting stakes race in Race 7 when Florent Geroux piloted 27-1 choice Ruby Notion to a win in the $200,000 Caress, paying $56.50. Another longshot, Indigo Yankee, paid $21.40 with his win in Race 8, while Silencia ($10.60) capped the day in Race 9.

A consolation payout of $3,748 was awarded to bettors who has five of six winners.

Wednesday's Pick 6 sequence will begin with Race 5 with a scheduled post time of 3:14 p.m. ET. The 10-race card has a first post time of 1 p.m.
