The Meadowlands has a 10-race card on tap for Thursday the 13th. The 0.50 Pick 5 begins in Race 2 and has a $25,000 guaranteed pool. The 0.50 Pick 4 sequence rolls in Race 7, it has a low 15% takeout plus a $35,000 guaranteed pool and will be my focus. 

Comments and selections below are based on a fast track. 

Race 7 
3-Honor And Serve-DD invader has won last two and can could carry his speed on the big track. 
5-Melady's Monet-ML chalk gets D. Miller, comes off 2 nice qualifiers without hopples and may win off the bench. 
6-Misslarose-10-1 in the ML is a use at this level but challenge will be if she can win without getting on the engine. 

Race 8 
1-Medoland Jate-The bigger threat of the entry in a tough race, odds-on chalk in last made the most of a nice trip. 
4-The Bruiser-Rolled home off a 56.2 back half, was impressive in 1st Big M start and best to respect again. 
7-Abbeylara-Surick trainee made it look easy from same post last week, looks like a solid threat for an encore. 

Race 9 
5-Ella Christina-Even effort in NW of $11,500 in last, has big speed and should be a major player here. 
7-A Plus-Nice try in 1st Big M start from the 9-hole, was bet in last and will use at 9/2 in the ML. 

Race 10 
2-Ideal Romance-7/5 in the ML is a winner of 4 of 5, makes 1st start for Surick off a claim and looks dangerous. 
3-My Dad Rocks-Draws better in 3rd Big M start and that may be enough to take a picture. 
7-Terrors Prince-Price shot could be 20-1, worth a swing if driver can find a trip, probably not blasting out tonight.
