SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - Despite Green Mask's victory in the $250,000 Troy, longshot winners Holding Aces ($43.20) and Yummy Bear ($27) in Races 7 and 8, respectively, assured that Sunday's Pick 6 would go unsolved, prompting a single-day carryover of $91,535 on Monday's live racing program at Saratoga Race Course.
First-time starter Honey Graeme ($8.70) in Race 6 kicked off the sequence, which also included Royal Inheritance ($13.80) in Race 9, and Steamboat Bill ($11) in the day's finale, leaving Green Mask ($5) as the day's lone winning favorite, capturing the feature in Race 10.
A consolation prize of $1,326 was awarded to bettors with five of six winners.
Monday's Pick 6 will get underway in Race 4, with a local post time of 2:40 p.m. First post for the day's nine-race card is 1:00.
