SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) will host a Cross Country Pick 5 on Saturday, July 27, featuring all turf races from historic Saratoga Race Course, Monmouth Park in Oceanport, New Jersey and Woodbine Racetrack in Rexdale, Ontario.

The Pick 5 will start at the Spa with Race 7 at 4:32 p.m. Eastern. The $90,000 maiden race for juveniles will be contested at 1 1/16 miles on the Mellon turf course featuring a full 10-horse field.

Action shifts to Monmouth for the second leg with an allowance optional claiming race for fillies and mares 3-years-old and up at 1 1/16 miles in Race 11 at 5:26 p.m.

Woodbine, the third track to participate in the Pick 5, will be the home of the third leg; an optional claiming race at 1 1/16 miles for fillies and mares 3-years-old and up over the all-weather track. Post time is 5:56 p.m.

Saratoga will be the home for the final two legs, with the Grade 2, $250,000 Bowling Green Handicap in Race 10 at 6:18 p.m. A 13-horse field will compete at 1 3/8 miles on the inner turf, led by Woodslane Farm's $2-million earner Sadler's Joy making his seasonal debut for trainer Tom Albertrani. Channel Maker, who dead-heated to win the 2018 edition of the Bowling Green, will look to repeat for Hall of Fame trainer Bill Mott. Other contenders include the Brad Cox-conditioned Arklow and a trio of entrants for trainer Chad Brown in Focus Group, Olympico and Ya Primo.

The last leg will be Saratoga's 12th-race finale, offering a 12-horse field of claimers going one mile on the inner turf at 7:23 p.m.

The minimum bet for the multi-track, multi-race wager is 50 cents. Wagering on the Cross Country Pick 5 is also available on track, on ADW platforms, and at simulcast facilities across the country. There will be a mandatory payout of the entire pool.
