Grand Circuit Racing will be featured tonight at Dayton Raceway in Ohio. There are competitive fields in both the Dayton Trotting Derby and Dayton Pacing Derby. The full card for each race is below and my key selections are highlighted.

Race 10-Dayton Trotting Derby-Purse $167,000

1-JL Cruz-Can't discount completely with Miller and the rail but hasn't been sharp.
2-Musical Rythm-5-year-old has won over $500k lifetime but looks in too deep tonight.
3-Warrawee Roo-Similar to #2 and would be surprised with a top 3 finish.
4-Pasithea Face S-Tough trip in last and will respect chances of Tetrick-Takter here at a square price.
5-Centurion ATM-Looks overmatched and will dismiss.
6-Crazy Wow-Has tailed off and would need all the stars to line up to challenge for top spot.
7-Hannelore Hanover-Kakaley takes over for Gingras tonight and will likely be out and winging.
8-Homicide Hunter-Post is a big issue but last was sharp. Can't see getting the top so may have to grind it out.

Race 12-Dayton Pacing Derby-Purse $140,000

1-Luck Be Withyou-Post draw helps but too many gaps in starts to consider for more than a minor award.
2-Easy Lover Hanover-Probably not good enough to win but with this post McNair could keep in the hunt at a price.
3-Dealt A Winner-Broke in last but can be competitive with these. Price shot has a 1:47.4 mark at TgDn this year.
4-McWicked-ML chalk had sickness issues but could be sitting on a big try and likes the 5/8's, deserves respect.
5-Missile J-Beat 5 of these in HP Pacing Derby, but lost to All Bets Off by a length from 7 hole. Beware-versatile.
6-Rockin Ron-Has had trouble finishing off miles in last 3, but should be in the mix and races well on the 5/8's.
7-Boston Red Rocks-Still looking for 1st win of the year and doubtful it comes versus this crew.
8-Check Six-Has tailed off the past month but can show good gate speed and may use it.
9-Mach It So-Has had a nice year at Yonkers but this is a killer post and tough foes.
