- One (1) Del Mar Closing Day Challenge Qualifier Seat, valued at $400, will be awarded for every 10 paid registrants in these tournaments.
- Buy-in: $80 ($40 Bankroll + $40 Entry Fee to Prize Pool).
- 100% of Entry Fees are paid out as prizes.
- Online registration begins approximately 96 hours in advance of the tournament and continues through the start of the fifth (5th) to last live thoroughbred Del Mar race on the contest date.
FORMAT
- You must make $4 Win/Place bets on one (1) horse in five (5) different live races at the tournament track for a total of $40 wagered. No more or less than $4 Win/Place shall be played on any one (1) horse.
- You must play five (5) different horses in five (5) different races at the tournament track.
- You may only bet $40 during each tournament in the form of five (5) $4 Win/Place bets.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a race card, Tournament Officials reserve the right to substitute races from another racetrack or cancel the tournament and issue refunds to all participants.
PRIZES (BASED ON 50 ENTRIES)
- Five (5) entries into the September 6 Del Mar Closing Day Challenge Qualifier handicapping tournament, valued at $400.
PRIZES (BASED ON 25 ENTRIES)
- Two (2) entries into the September 6 Del Mar Closing Day Challenge Qualifier handicapping
- $200 cash to the third-place finisher.
