Enrolling in 1/ST Rewards @ Golden Gate Fields:

  1. Visit one of our Customer Service Centers inside the Grandstand or Club House at Golden Gate Fields. If you are an Xpressbet customer, bring your account number and a valid photo ID. However, you do not need an Xpressbet online wagering account in order to participate in the 1/ST Rewards @ Golden Gate Fields program.
  2. Request an ‘1/ST Rewards Card’
  3. Xpressbet customers will need to answer a few simple security questions. If you are not an Xpressbet customer, you can Sign Up for an online wagering account at the Rewards Desk, online or by calling 866.88XPRESS (866.889.7737).

Betting at the Terminals:

  1. Insert cash, a voucher or winning ticket
  2. Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card
  3. Make your wagers
  4. Receive a printed ticket
  5. Return unused cash balance

Betting with a Teller:

  1. Provide cash, a voucher or winning ticket.
  2. Provide your 1/ST Reward Card.
  3. Place your wagers with the Teller.
  4. Receive printed ticket(s) with your wagers.

Betting with Xpressbet at the Terminals:

  1. Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card.
  2. Enter you PIN.
  3. Check your balance on the screen. It will reflect your current Xpressbet account balance.
  4. Make your wagers. Funds will be automatically withdrawn from your Xpressbet online account balance. You will not receive a printed ticket. Review your bets at the terminal, online or with Xpressbet Mobile.
  5. Press ‘Finish’ to complete your wagering session.

I’m already an Xpressbet customer. Do I need to have a Card?

Yes. While Xpressbet customers are automatically enrolled in the program, you still need to pick up an 1/ST Rewards Card. You can do so by visiting one of our Customer Service Centers inside the Grandstand or Club House.

  • Bring your Xpressbet account number and a valid photo ID.
  • You will need to answer a few simple security questions.

Do I need to be an Xpressbet customer to participate in the 1/ST Rewards @ Golden Gate Fields program?

No, you do not have to be an existing Xpressbet customer, nor do you need to open an Xpressbet online wagering account. You can simply enroll in 1/ST Rewards @ Golden Gate Fields and earn Points for your live and simulcast wagers when racing is happening at Golden Gate Fields.

However, Xpressbet customers enjoy the advantage of combining their on-track and online wagers to earn more Points and reach higher Status levels quickly. You can Sign Up for Xpressbet online, by calling 866.88XPRESS or by visiting one of our Customer Service Centers inside the Grandstand or Club House.

How do I earn 1/ST Rewards Points?

You earn Points for all of your on-track and online wagers:

  • 3 Points per dollar wagered on simulcast races while racing is live at Golden Gate Fields.
  • 2 Points per dollar wagered online at Xpressbet.com.

How do I redeem my 1/ST Rewards Points?

Redeeming items from our Catalog is quick and easy. To redeem any of the Golden Gate Fields items, simply visit one of our Customer Service Centers inside the Grandstand or Club House and one of our representatives will assist you.

In order to redeem any Xpressbet item, please visit our Pro Shop and follow the on-screen instructions to check-out. You can also call Xpressbet Customer Service at 866.88XPRESS to redeem Points over the phone.

How do I bet using my 1/ST Rewards Card?

At the Terminals

How do deposit and withdraw from my Xpressbet account at the track?

Deposit Cash, Voucher or Winning Tickets

  1. Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card.
  2. Press ‘Account Functions’ and then ‘Deposit.’
  3. Choose ‘Voucher, Ticket or Cash.’
  4. Insert cash, a voucher or winning ticket. Funds will be available in your Xpressbet account balance.

Deposit using a Credit Card or Bank Account

  1. Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card.
  2. Press ‘Account Functions’.
  3. Press ‘Deposit’.
  4. Follow on-screen instructions to select existing Xpressfund or Credit Card. You must have an existing Credit Card or Bank Account linked to your Xpressbet account in order to use this function. Click here for more information on Funding.

Withdraw Cash

  1. Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card.
  2. Press ‘Account Functions’.
  3. Press ‘Withdraw’.
  4. Follow on-screen instructions. You will receive a printed voucher redeemable for cash at any teller. You cannot withdraw more than $5,000 in a 24-hour period.

I’m having trouble using the 1/ST Rewards Card while I’m at Golden Gate Fields. Where should I go?

If you’re having any problems using either your Xpressbet or 1/ST Rewards accounts, please visit one of our Customer Service Centers inside the Grandstand or Club House.

How do I receive a printed ticket when I wager on self-service terminals?

The only way to receive a printed ticket when you place your wagers at self-service terminals is to follow these steps:

  1. Deposit Cash, Winning Tickets or a Cash Voucher
  2. Swipe your 1/ST Rewards Card
  3. Make your wagers
  4. You will receive a printed ticket for each bet you make
  5. Press ‘Return Balance’
  6. Unused funds will be returned to you in the form of a Cash Voucher

Why didn’t I receive a printed voucher when I made my wagers?

You will not receive a printed ticket for bets placed using your 1/ST Rewards or Xpressbet account balances. You can view all of the wagers you’ve placed with your existing account balance, Xpressfund or Credit Card at Xpressbet.com or with Xpressbet Mobile.

I placed my bets but didn’t receive a printed ticket. How can I view my wagers?

You can view all of the wagers you’ve placed at self-service terminals using your account balance by visiting Xpressbet.com or with Xpressbet Mobile.
