- One seat awarded for every 20 entries.
- Buy-in: $300 ($150 Bankroll + $150 Entry Fee to Prize Pool).
- 100% of Entry Fees are paid out as Cash Prizes.
- Online registration begins approximately 96 hours in advance of the tournament.
- Entries will be accepted up until the start of Churchill Downs Race 9 on Friday, May 3, 2024 (4:04PM ET).
PRIZES (BASED ON 50 ENTRIES)
- Two (2) entries into the 1/ST Kentucky Derby Challenge handicapping tournament (May 4, 2024), valued at $3,000 each.
- $1,500 cash prize to the third-place finisher.

FORMAT
- Eligible contest races are ALL live races at Churchill Downs on Friday, May 3, 2024.
- You must make $15 Win/Place bets on one (1) horse in five (5) different live races at Churchill Downs for a total of $150 wagered. No more or less than $15 Win/Place shall be played on any one (1) horse.
- You must play five (5) different horses in five (5) different races at Churchill Downs.
- You may only bet $150 during each tournament in the form of five (5) $15 Win/Place bets.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a race card, Tournament Officials reserve the right to substitute races from another racetrack or cancel the tournament and issue refunds to all participants.
