TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW
- LIVE MONEY TOURNAMENT ON SATURDAY, JUNE 27, 2026
- This tournament is hosted by Laurel Park, with Xpressbet acting as a satellite outlet for players. Please email Laurel Tournament Director Brian Skirka at bskirka@monmouthpark.com with any questions.
- Buy-in: $500 ($250 Bankroll + $250 Entry Fee to Prize Pool) for this tournament.
- 100% of Entry Fees are paid out as prizes.
- Online registration opens 48 hours prior to the contest date.
- No entries will be taken after the start of the first race (Race 1) at Laurel Park on the contest date.
FORMAT
- Tournament races are ALL live thoroughbred races from Laurel Park (Races 1 - 11) and select races at Monmouth Park (Races 1 - 7) on Saturday, June 27, 2026.
- The last race of the contest will be the last race from Laurel Park (Race 11).
- Win, Place, Show, Exacta and/or Daily Double wagering only.
- Monmouth Park’s Race 8 WILL NOT be part of the contest. While double wagering is permitted in the contest, players CANNOT bet a double starting in Race 7 at Monmouth Park.
- Must wager on a minimum of five (5) Laurel races. No max.
- $50 minimum bet per race. No maximum.
- Wagers less than the minimum $50 bet will be allowed PROVIDED THAT, at the end of the contest, the player has the requisite minimums of 5 Laurel races at $50 apiece.
- Monmouth Park (Races 1 - 7) are available for optional play only. There are no mandatory races from Monmouth Park.
PRIZES (BASED ON 120 ENTRIES)
- One (1) entry into the 2026 Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge (BCBC), valued at $10,000.
- Two (2) entries into the 2027 National Horseplayers Championship (NHC), including travel and airfare.
- $8,300.00 Cash Prize pool for the top five (5) finishers.
