TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW
- LIVE MONEY TOURNAMENT ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2025
- Buy-in: $500 ($250 Bankroll + $250 Entry Fee to Prize Pool).
- 100% of Entry Fees are paid out as prizes.
- This tournament is hosted by Laurel Park, with Xpressbet acting as a satellite outlet for players. Please email Tournament Director Brian Skirka bskirka@monmouthpark.com with any questions.
- Online registration begins approximately 96 hours in advance of the tournament and continues through the start of Laurel Park Race 1 on the contest date.
- You must be an NHC Tour Member prior to the start of the tournament in order to win an NHC Entry.
- This is an official NHC Tour event. Per the NHC, NHC Tour Points will be awarded in accordance with the official NHC Tour rules, which can be found at www.ntra.com/nhc
FORMAT
- Tournament races are all Live races at Laurel Park on Saturday, September 27, 2025.
- Permitted wagers include Win, Place, Show, Exacta and Daily Double wagering only.
- You must wager, at a minimum, $50 on five (5) Laurel Park races. No max.
- Wagers less than the minimum $50 bet will be allowed PROVIDED THAT, at the end of the contest, the player has the requisite minimums of 5 races at $50 apiece.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a race card, Tournament Officials reserve the right to substitute races from another racetrack or cancel the tournament and issue refunds to all participants.
PRIZES (BASED ON 120 ENTRIES)
- One (1) entry into the Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge (BCBC), valued at $10,000 each.
- Two (2) National Horseplayers Championship (NHC) Prize Packs, including a $400 flight voucher and hotel stay.
- $9,300 Cash Prize Pool to the top 5 finishers:
