To participate, you must Log In to your account and click the ‘Register’ button to enroll in the Giveaway. Upon successful registration, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into a Giveaway Drawing for each wagering ticket (of any denomination) accepted from Your Xpressbet wagering account (exclusive of refunds and cancels) within the Giveaway Period. Wagers may be made using Xpressbet Online (www.Xpressbet.com), entering your user name and password and submitting wagers; Xpressbet Mobile (https://m.xb-online.com), entering your user name and password and submitting wagers; by calling the toll free number (866.88XPRESS) and choosing touch tone (IVR); by calling the toll free number (866.88XPRESS) and choosing voice bet; or by calling the toll free number (866.88XPRESS) and choosing Premium Live Teller. A participant will receive the entry after Xpressbet confirms the accuracy and adequacy of the wager(s) and the wager transaction is recorded by Xpressbet's computers. For greater certainty, entries will NOT be deemed to have been received at the time a participant submits a wager. Entry into the Giveaway for each day will be calculated once all racing is closed, typically approximately 2:00 am Eastern Time (the following day). One (1) entry into a Giveaway Drawing will be received by a participant for each wagering ticket (of any denomination) placed during the Giveaway Period, exclusive of cancels or refunds, regardless if the ticket earned a payout, and regardless of the number of wagering combinations on the wagering ticket.

Subject to the availability of bonus entries, the maximum number of entries available to be received by any participant is equal to the number of total tickets (of any combination), placed per Xpressbet account during the Giveaway Period.
Entries must be made in accordance with these Official Rules; any other attempted form of entry will NOT be accepted. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like call-in or deposit entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and result in disqualification of any entrant using such methods.

The draw for the Grand Prize and the Secondary Prizes will occur on or about May 9, 2018.
The winner of the Grand Prize and the Secondary Prizes will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Xpressbet will attempt to notify the winner by May 9, 2018. The winner must be available to travel and attend the 2018 Preakness Stakes in Baltimore, Maryland on dates designated by Sponsor or Giveaway Drawing Prize will be forfeited.
The Grand Prize and Secondary Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other item, and may not be substituted, transferred or assigned by the winner. In its sole discretion however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize and/or Secondary Prizes with a prize of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize or Secondary Prizes or any portion is unavailable for any reason.
Liability for any and all federal, state and local taxes rests solely with the prize winner. The prize winner acknowledges that taxes may be payable on the Giveaway Drawing Prize even if a winning wager on the 2018 Preakness Stakes is not made using the Giveaway Drawing Prize. All expenses, costs, fees or additional tax associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner, provided however, that if it is ultimately determined that there are taxes resulting from a non-paying Bet (as described below) by Winner, then Xpressbet will pay such taxes, if any. Estimated retail value ("ERV") of Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000), plus the amount of taxes paid by Xpressbet, if any, resulting from a non-paying Bet by Winner. Prize winner further acknowledges that additional taxes, including withholding taxes, may be payable by prize winner if a winning wager on the 2018 Preakness Stakes is made using the Giveaway Drawing Prize.
All expenses, costs, fees and federal, state and local taxes associated with the acceptance and/or use of any Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner; provided, however, that if it is ultimately determined by governmental authorities that there are taxes on the Grand Prize resulting from a non-paying WIN wager on the Preakness Stakes race (as described below) by Winner, then Xpressbet will pay such taxes, if any. Winner acknowledges that additional taxes, including withholding taxes, may be payable by Winner if a paying wager on the Preakness Stakes is made using the Grand Prize.

Odds of winning are determined by number of eligible entries received during all five weeks of the Giveaway Period. It is estimated that 500,000 eligible entries will be received and that the expected odds of winning the Grand Prize for each entry is as follows: 500,000:1 with the expected odds of winning a Secondary Prize of 10,000:1.
Grand Prize:
The WIN wager funds will be deposited into winner's Xpressbet wagering account and may not be withdrawn. Winner has not won Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) but has simply won the right to direct one (1) free WIN wager in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) which will be placed on one (1) horse selected by winner. The free wager itself has no cash value to winner and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash by winner. The $25,000 WIN wager must be placed by winner on one (1) horse participating in the 2018 Preakness Stakes at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland (or another race selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Failure by winner to place the full amount of the wager on the Preakness Stakes race will result in forfeiture of this portion of the Grand Prize. Winner will win the proceeds, if any, of the free wager to be redeemed in accordance with all Xpressbet policies and procedures. If the 2018 Preakness Stakes is cancelled for any reason, the free $25,000 WIN wager portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and the remaining elements of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded.
Travel to the Preakness Stakes is subject to flight availability. Changes to airline and hotel reservations, once made, may not be permitted. Positive identification will be required at the time of check-in at the airport and hotel. Checked luggage fees may apply. Travel must be round-trip and is subject to standard airline and hotel terms and conditions. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Travel may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or hotel points. All travel will be at the risk of winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates.
All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, including but not limited to: round-trip transportation between the residence of the Grand Prize winner and any airport, round-trip transportation between the airport and the hotel, alcoholic beverages, bag check fees, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls.
Secondary Prizes (50):
50 (fifty), $100 Xpressbet Wagering Vouchers
Secondary prizes will be given to 50 randomly chosen eligible entries, which will consist of a $100 Xpressbet Wagering Voucher. Wagering credit will be deposited to the entrant's Xpressbet account, and must be wagered prior to withdrawing any winnings.

Upon completion of these steps, and valid ID check, you will be assigned a unique Xpressbet Account Number. In order to be eligible to receive a prize, the prize winner is obligated, and by entering agrees, to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, General Release of Liability, Indemnity and Publicity Consent (where legal), which is to be returned to Sponsor within the indicated time period. Non-compliance with this requirement or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, with an alternate winner being selected from all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing.
By accepting the Grand Prize or a Secondary Prize, the winner agrees to the use of his or her name, voice, photo, biographical information and/or likeness for promotional/advertising/trade purposes by Xpressbet and will be required to participate in such publicity communications as Xpressbet requests without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Participants with open, valid Xpressbet accounts may call toll-free 866-901-1818, choosing Customer Service and providing the following information when prompted: Xpressbet Account Number, Username, Password and PIN. Participant will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway ("call-in entry"). Limit of 1 call-in entry per account number per day during the Giveaway Period. No purchase, wagering activity or entry fees required. Entries may be made only at the special toll free number provided between the hours of 10:30 am and 10:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding Holidays.
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant (i) agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Xpressbet; and (ii) releases and holds harmless Xpressbet, LLC., its parent company, affiliates and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize(s), or participation in this Giveaway.
