TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW
- One $1,500 Santa Anita Derby Challenge seat for every 15 entries.
- Buy-in: $300 ($200 Bankroll + $100 Entry Fee to Prize Pool).
- 100% of Entry Fees are paid out as prizes.
- Online registration begins approximately 96 hours in advance of the tournament and continues through the start of the fifth (5th) race at the contest track on the contest date.
- Pre-qualifiers:
FORMAT
- Tournament races are all live races at Santa Anita Park on the contest date.
- Races simulcast from Latin America or South America are not included.
- Permitted wagers are Win, Place, Show, Exacta, Trifecta and Daily Double.
- No Superfecta, Super High 5, Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5, Pick 6 or 3X3 wagers. The Parlay function for Win, Place and Show wagers is not permitted.
- Players must wager, at minimum, their entire $200 bankroll during the contest.
- There are no maximums – players may wager as much as they want, including the winnings from their bankroll, whenever they wish.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a race card, Tournament Officials reserve the right to substitute races from another racetrack or cancel the tournament and issue refunds to all participants.
PRIZES (BASED ON 50 ENTRIES)
- Three (3) entries into the April 4 Santa Anita Derby Challenge, valued at $1,500.
- $500 cash prize to the fourth-place finisher.
PRIZES (BASED ON 25 ENTRIES)
- One (1) entry into the April 4 Santa Anita Derby Challenge, valued at $1,500.
- $1,000 cash prize to the second-place finisher.
