$500 SANTA ANITA CHALLENGE OVERVIEW
- LIVE MONEY CONTEST on Sunday, March 5, 2023.
- Buy-in: $500 ($300 Bankroll + $200 Entry Fee to Prize Pool).
- 100% of Entry Fees are paid out as prizes.
- NHC Tour Points will NOT be awarded in this tournament.
- Online registration opens Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at approximately 12:00PM ET.
- Entries will be accepted until the start of Santa Anita Race 5 on Sunday, March 5, 2023.
- Play Locations:
FORMAT
- Tournament races are ALL live races from Santa Anita Park on Sunday, March 5, 2023.
- Permitted wagers are Win, Place, Show, Exacta, Trifecta and Daily Double.
- No Superfecta, Super High 5, Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5, Pick 6 or Golden Hour wagers are permitted in this contest. The Parlay function for Win, Place and Show wagers is not permitted in this contest.
- Players must wager, at minimum, their entire $300 bankroll during the contest.
- There are no maximums – players may wager as much as they want, including the winnings from their bankroll, whenever they wish.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a race card, Tournament Officials reserve the right to substitute races from another racetrack or cancel the tournament and issue refunds to all participants.
PRIZES (BASED ON 75 ENTRIES)
- Five (5) ‘player’s choice’ entries into the Florida Derby Challenge (April 1, 2023) or Santa Anita Derby Challenge (April 8, 2023), valued at $1,500 each.
- $7,500.00 Cash Prize pool for the top four (4) finishers.
- NHC Tour Points will NOT be awarded in this tournament.

- Six (6) ‘player’s choice’ entries into the Florida Derby Challenge (April 1, 2023) or Santa Anita Derby Challenge (April 8, 2023), valued at $1,500 each.
- $11,000.00 Cash Prize pool for the top four (4) finishers.
