TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW
- LIVE-MONEY WOODBINE (TB) TOURNAMENT ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 15, 2026
- Buy-in: $1,000 ($600 Bankroll + $400 Entry Fee to Prize Pool).
- 100% of Entry Fees are paid out as prizes.
- Online registration begins approximately 96 hours in advance of the tournament and continues through the start of Race 1 at Woodbine (TB) on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
- This tournament is hosted by Woodbine, with Xpressbet acting as a satellite outlet for players. Please email Tournament Director Klaus Ebner kebner@woodbine.com with any questions.
FORMAT
- Tournament races are all live races at Woodbine (TB) on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
- Permitted wagers are Win, Place, Show, Exacta, Trifecta and Daily Double.
- Players must, at minimum, wager $120 on five (5) seperate Woodbine (TB) races.
- Players must wager, at minimum, their entire $600 bankroll during the contest.
- There are no maximums – players may wager as much as they want, including the winnings from their bankroll, whenever they wish.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a race card, Tournament Officials reserve the right to substitute races from another racetrack or cancel the tournament and issue refunds to all participants, or move the tournament to another day.
PRIZES (BASED ON 100 ENTRIES)
- Two (2) entries into the 2026 Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge (BCBC), valued at $10,000 each.
- Two (2) entries into the 2027 National Horseplayers Championship (NHC).
- $10,000 Cash Prize Pool to the top 5 finishers:
- 1st Place Finisher: $5,000 (50% Cash Prize Pool) + Seat Choice
- 2nd Place Finisher: $2,000 (20% Cash Prize Pool) + Seat Choice
- 3rd Place Finisher: $1,500 (15% Cash Prize Pool) + Remaining Seat Choice
- 4th Place Finisher: $1,000 (10% Cash Prize Pool) + Remaining Seat Choice
- 5th Place Finisher: $500 (5% Cash Prize Pool)
