WOODBINE MILE CHALLENGE OVERVIEW
- $1,000 Buy-In, split between:
- $750 Tournament Bankroll
- $250 Entry Fee (100% of Entry Fees will be paid out as Prizes)
- Maximum of two (2) entries per person.
- You must have a 1/ST account balance of $1,000 or more to register for this tournament.
- Online registration begins Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at approximately 12:00PM ET.
- Pre-contest qualifiers:
PRIZES (BASED ON 120 ENTRIES)
- Two (2) entries into the 2023 Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge (BCBC)
- Two (2) entries into the 2024 National Horseplayers Championship (NHC)
PRIZES (BASED ON 160 ENTRIES)
- Two (2) entries into the 2023 Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge (BCBC)
- Two (2) entries into the 2024 National Horseplayers Championship (NHC)
- One (1) entry into the 2024 Woodbine Mile Challenge
- $10,000 cash prize pool split between the top five (5) finishers.
FORMAT
- Tournament races are all undercard races at Woodbine (TB) up to and including the Woodbine Mile (TB) race on Saturday, September 16, 2023. The contest with conclude with the Woodbine Mile (TB) race.
- Permitted wagers are Win, Place, Show, Exacta, Trifecta and Daily Double.
- No Superfecta, Super High 5, Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5 or Pick 6. The Parlay function for Win, Place and Show wagers is not permitted in this contest.
- Players must wager a minimum of $150 on a minimum of five (5) Woodbine (TB) races.
- Players must, at a minimum, wager their entire $750 bankroll.
- There are no maximums – players may wager as much as they want, including the winnings from their bankroll, whenever they wish.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation of a race card, Tournament Officials reserve the right to substitute races from another racetrack or cancel the tournament and issue refunds to all participants.
