  • You will receive a refund of your first Win bet, up to $10, if the horse you bet to Win finishes 2nd or 3rd, in each valid promotional race.

  • Only Win bets are eligible. 

  • Only your first Win bet is eligible.

  • Maximum refund is $10, regardless of how much you wager.

  • Refunds will be deposited by 11:59PM ET on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.

  • In the event that Show wagering is removed as a betting pool from a promo race, only Win bets on the second-place finisher will be refunded. In the event that Place and Show wagering are removed as betting pools from a promo race, no Win bets will be refunded.

  • No refunds for winning wagers.

Offer valid Friday, December 29, 2023 - Monday, January 1, 2024. Free registration is required and opens on Thursday, December 28, 2023. Customers must place a ‘live’ Win bet on promotional races listed above on the promotion date. If the horse bet by a customer to Win finishes 2nd or 3rd in its race, the customer will receive a refund on the Win bet, up to $10. Races in which Show wagering is removed from the betting menu at the discretion of the host track or its regulatory body will only be refunded if the horse bet by a customer finishes 2nd. Races in which Place and Show wagering are both removed from the betting menu at the discretion of the host track or its regulatory body will have no refunds. Customers may receive one $10 refund per promotional race. Only a customer’s first Win bet on each promotional race is eligible for a refund. Wager refunds will be deposited in the form of a wagering credit by 11:59PM ET on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. Customers have 30 days to bet wagering credits. Unused wagering credits will be retracted after 30 days. Wagering credits cannot be withdrawn. Individuals may only have one (1) account and may only qualify for the promotion one (1) time.
