SANTA ANITA $4,000 CHALLENGE OVERVIEW
- LIVE MONEY CONTEST that spans Two (2) days, Saturday, October 1 & Sunday, October 2, 2022.
- Buy-in: $4,000 ($3,000 Bankroll + $1,000 Entry Fee to Prize Pool).
- You must have an account balance of $4,000 or more to register for this contest.
- 100% of Entry Fees are paid out as prizes.
- Online registration opens Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at approximately 12:00PM ET.
- Entries will be accepted up until the start of the fifth (5th) race at Santa Anita Park on Saturday, October 1, 2022.

FORMAT
- Tournament races are ALL live races from Santa Anita Park on Saturday, October 1 and Sunday, October 2, 2022.
- Permitted wagers are Win, Place, Show, Exacta, Trifecta and Daily Double.
- No Superfecta, Super High 5, Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5, Pick 6 or Golden Hour wagers are permitted in this contest. The Parlay function for Win, Place and Show wagers is not permitted in this contest.
- Players must wager at least $250 per race in a total of four (4) races each day, Saturday, October 1 and Sunday, October 2.
- Players must wager, at minimum, their entire $3,000 bankroll during the contest.
- There are no maximums – players may wager as much as they want, including the winnings from their bankroll, whenever they wish.
PRIZES (BASED ON 75 ENTRIES)
- Four (4) entries into the 2022 Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge (BCBC) valued at $10,000 each.
- One (1) of these BCBC entries will be awarded to the ‘Day One Leader’ – the player with the largest bankroll at the end of the final tournament race on Saturday, October 1, 2022.
- Two (2) entries into the 2023 National Horseplayers Championship (NHC), including airfare and hotel accommodations.
- $24,176.88 Cash Prize pool for the top five (5) finishers.
