Kevin Lynn made Travers Day 2020 unique in his own way as he topped 365 players in Xpressbet’s Fun in the Sun competition. Lynn’s ‘live’ $10 win wagers on one horse in each of 10 races returned a cool $300 to top Robert Rosen, in second with $275.50. Timothy Roberts finished third with $273. Lynn’s winning total was worth an additional $3,832.50 in first-place prize money. Rosen collected another $1,596.87 and Roberts added $958.13.

Lynn and Rosen each earned two of 10 Fun in the Sun Final Table seats and join Week 1 top dogs Phillip Gordon and Aner Carlstrom. Fun in the Sun requires a weekly $25 registration fee of which is 100% returned to players—70% to weekly prizes and 30% to the Final Table purse. Lynn added Blitchton Lady ($9.10) in the finale for a nifty sweep of the Spa late pick 5! At Del Mar, he tabbed Caerulean ($13) in the 3rd and Wilshire Dude ($8.80) in the 4th. Rosen’s winners also included Caerulean and Moonhall Millie ($12.80) in Del Mar’s 5th race.

Saturday is your chance to play Fun in the Sun. Competition races usually include the final five at Saratoga and the first five at Del Mar. Competition is limited to account holders only. A $25 registration fee is required. Players make $10 ‘live’ win wagers on one horse in each of 10 competition races ($100) and, since wagers are ‘live,’ players keep what they win.
